Adam was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, he was honest, straightforward, and super easy to work with. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, which we really appreciated. No guessing, no pressure, just clear communication.
He installed a water softener, replaced two toilets, did plumbing under our sink, re-epoxied the sink, and installed a reverse osmosis filter. Everything was done cleanly and professionally. His prices were more than fair, honestly very competitive, and you can tell right away he’s not trying to upsell.
On top of being a great plumber, Adam is just a genuinely kind person. He helped us during a really difficult time with my father, and that meant more to us than we can put into words. We didn’t just find a plumber, we found a plumber for life and a genuine friend. Highly recommend.
